Is Zpad private today?

Not fully. Paying with shielded ZEC is coming soon. Today you pay in SOL from your Solana wallet, which is public. How privacy works shows exactly what is public now.

What do I need?

A Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, and some SOL.

Does signing in cost anything?

No. It is a signed message, not a transaction. It moves nothing and costs nothing.

Why am I shown as "Guest #" and a number?

You have not picked a username yet. See Points and leagues.

Launching

What does a launch cost?

0.05 SOL, plus the Solana network fee. pump.fun's own cost of creating the coin is paid by Zpad out of that fee.

Who is the creator on pump.fun?

The Zpad launch wallet. On Zpad your wallet is shown as the launcher.

Do I get my coin's creator fees?

No. They go to Zpad and are shared through the reward pools. As the launcher you get launch points and a graduation bonus of 2 SOL and 69 points.

I paid but my coin did not appear.

The coin keeps being created on its own, even if you closed the page. If it cannot be made after 5 tries or 24 hours, your payment goes on the refund list and is sent back to your wallet by hand.

Can I change my coin's name or picture?

No. The name, ticker and details are set when the coin is created.

Trading

Can I trade Zpad coins on pump.fun?

Yes. They are pump.fun coins. Trades anywhere count for tickets and points.

Why did my trade fail?

Most often the price moved more than your slippage allows, or your wallet did not have enough SOL for the trade and the fees. Try again, or raise the slippage a little.

What happens when a coin graduates?

pump.fun moves it to a PumpSwap pool and trading carries on there. Zpad keeps showing it in the Migrated column.

Why is a coin missing from the explorer?

Only live coins launched through Zpad show, NSFW coins are hidden, and each column shows the first 48. The lists update every 15 seconds.

Rewards

How long do payouts take?

There is no fixed time. Every payout is sent by hand by the team, then shows as PAID with its transaction.

Are points worth money?

No. Points have no cash value and are not a promise of any token, airdrop or payment.

Why can I not redeem or claim?

Either rewards are not open yet (your tickets, points and referral rewards are still counted), your amount is below 0.005 SOL, or you already have a payout of that kind waiting.

Why does my referral not count?

The person visited Zpad before without your link, or their wallet had signed in before, or it is your own wallet.

Privacy and safety

Does Zpad hold my keys?

No. Zpad never holds or asks for your private key or seed phrase.

Can Zpad reverse a trade?

No. Trades are signed in your wallet and settle on Solana. Nobody can reverse them.

Is there a $ZPAD token?

$ZPAD is not launched yet. When it is, the only official address is the one posted on our X account. Any other address is not ours.
